Jaw-Dropping Remodel on Myrtle Beach Penthouse Condo
As we look back on 2021, one project that stands out is this Myrtle Beach penthouse condo. With 270° views of Singleton salt marsh, Dunes Golf & Beach Club, and Apache Pier, this property was in need of a style refresh as well as customization for better storage. The original aesthetic used columns, heavy colors, and natural woods. The condo remodel and redesign transformed the traditional style to a more contemporary, “modern farmhouse” style using clean white hues for a breezy, coastal theme. The redesign embraces simplicity and lets the panoramic views of the Grand Strand take the center stage.

- Fireplace and mantel removal and remodel
- Foyer redesign including new flooring from Floor Authority, wainscoting, and shiplap
- Office remodel with expansive built-ins for storage or decor
- Kitchen overhaul with new custom cabinetry, custom tops, and a “living edge” table
- Custom entryway “Drop Zone” with built-ins and bench
- Rustic shelving using natural and reclaimed hardwoods
- Complete interior design with a clean and fresh “coastal” them
